All orders, from the time they are placed, take up to 14 days to be shipped.

If you paid for 1st class shipping, with a tracking service, yes you can.

Black Friday discounts are valid from 6pm GMT November 17th until Midnight November 24th. Codes will auto-apply at checkout. Black Friday codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Discounts apply to the following items only. Spicy Jars 6 and 12, Trio Jars, Quad Jars, Square Individual Jars, Cold Cups, Glass Cups, Water Bottles, Pre-set Minimalistic Labels (Excluding Pets), Custom Minimalistic Labels (Excluding Pets and Christmas), Standard Custom Labels, School Uniform Iron On Labels, Standard Loop Tags (Excludes Back To School, Pet, Allergy, Gift Tags and Christmas), Arts & Crafts collection. All other products and collections are exempt from Discounts.
Black Friday Orders are not guaranteed for Christmas Delivery, our standard 14 day production does not apply for Black Friday orders.
Please do not put your labelled items through the dish washer or washing machine. If you are planning to clean an item you have labelled we would suggest you hand-wash only. Get in touch if you’re unsure.
We ship internationally, for a flat fee however depending where in the world you are, your country may impose additional taxes or handling fees to the postage. These costs are not covered by The Label Lady and in most cases the carrier will ask you for payment before releasing the item. Keep this in mind for shipping timelines to your country. The Label Lady does not offer refunds for rejected parcels due to customs fees.
Yes we ship worldwide, we use Royal Mail international shipping. Prices are subject to local taxes, handling fees and shipping costs. We will show you our shipping charge at checkout for any international orders.
Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items/goods entering the destination country including the EU from the UK. These depend on the contents’ value.
Items sent to the EU from England, Scotland and Wales are subject VAT and duties in the EU. The value of goods thresholds are detailed below
Items valued at under €22 will remain part of the Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) Scheme for items sent to the EU and are not subject to VAT or duties until 1 July 2021 (subject to further extension date to be set by the EU).
Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 MAY be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.
Commercial items/goods sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee
The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. Royal Mail cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the embassy or customs authority of the destination country for help, either directly or via their websites.

Gifts and goods sent to Jersey may be liable for Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently 5%.
The Label Lady is not liable for these costs. Please take them into account before purchasing. To help if you want to check with your own embassy. The Label Lady does not offer refunds for rejected parcels due to customs fees.
Most labels have a set price which you will find up to date on the website. If you decide to create your own label, they are priced at £2.00 per word or £2.50 per word with a glitter colour.
Bundles, Jars, Cold Cups, Baubles and Gift Cards are excluding from all discounts unless stated otherwise.
Noticed your label has lifted with some of the backing paper (see pictures)?
Don’t worry sometimes the label cuts a little too deep and lifts some of the backing paper with it. If you can slowly remove the backing paper from the decal using you fingers or a pair of tweezers.

Our labels are made to stick onto smooth flat and hard surfaces. We do not recommend using our labels on fabric, textured or surfaces/items that may be heated.
